How to apply

Participating guidance

1. Please apply by Online Application.
2. We will send you the “Information for the 27th Ski & Snowboard Event for International Students” via Email within 5 business days.
3. Please pay participation fee with following instruction in the email. The due date of payment is for 10 days after the application.
4. The application deadline is on 14th of February, 2020.

Note when applying for participation

1. In case there is a delay in payment, please contact the organizer. We can deal with flexibility.
2. Please let us know in advance for cancellations. Cancellation policy is as follows.

Cancellation policy

1. Cancel before 14 Feb., 2020・・・No cancellation fee is applicable
   ※There will be ￥1000 of administrative fee, if you already wire the participation fees into our bank account.
2. Cancel between 15 to 21 Feb., 2020・・・50% of ¥33000
3. Cancel after 22 Feb., 2020・・・No refund
